This Broker is a subsidiary of Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. which was founded in 1977.

The Segregated Portfolio has also appointed Deutsche Bank (Cayman) Limited as a Deposit Bank of the Segregated Portfolio. The Segregated Portfolio may also appoint Deutsche Bank (Cayman) Limited as a Broker, Prime Broker or Custodian of the Segregated Portfolio.The Segregated Portfolio has appointed Deutsche Bank (Luxembourg) SA as an executing broker (a "Broker") of the Segregated Portfolio.
