MKT Capital Ltd was incorporated in the cayman Islands as an exempted company on 27 March 2012.

 

MKT Capital Ltd had been advised that it will be engaged in securities investment business which is regulated pursuant to the terms set out in the SIB Law. However, there are various exemptions. If a Company engaged in securities investment business falls within one of those exemptions, it may file with Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) an annual declaration as an Excluded Person and the Fourth Schedule to the SIB Law

 

As MKT Capital Ltd will be providing investment management services exclusively to sophisticated and high net worth individuals as defined under section 2 of the SIB Law, including the fund, it intends to file an Annual Declariton with CIMA.

 

MKT Capital Ltd is, therefore, exempted from the requirement to be licensed pursuant to the Fourth Schedule to SIB Law.
